Copper Country Snowsports Club (CCSC) is seeking motivated, experienced, and passionate Ski Coaches to join our team for the 2025–2026 ski season. This is a great opportunity to work with a range of athletes—from our youngest skiers just entering the sport to advanced and collegiate-level racers.
We train at Mont Ripley, one of the Midwest’s premier race and training venues, offering excellent terrain, a supportive coaching environment, and a vibrant ski racing community.

📍 Coaching is based at Mont Ripley Ski Area in Houghton, Michigan, with some travel to races in the Upper Peninsula.

🏔️ As a CCSC coach, you will:
- Mentor and develop ski racers of all ages and abilities
- Run structured training sessions and skill-specific drills
- Demonstrate proper technique and race tactics
- Communicate clearly with athletes, coaches, and parents
- Travel to club races across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan
✅ Requirements
- High skill level in skiing and strong knowledge of ski racing technique
- Prior ski racing experience (preferred)
- USSS Level 100 certification or higher (preferred but not required)
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
